Authorizing the Secretary of Transportation to authorize certain payments to the Washington Suburban Transit District for the cost of new bus and rail service; providing for the inclusion of specified items in the calculation of operating costs; requiring the Maryland Department of Transportation to provide certain information to the Department of Fiscal Services; etc.
