State Health Resources Planning Commission - Freestanding Primary Care Facilities - Study

Synopsis:

Requiring the Health Resources Planning Commission, in consultation with the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and the Health Services Cost Review Commission, to conduct a study concerning the impact on certain freestanding primary care facilities and other primary care providers of certain laws, regulations, and waivers that would authorize or require the enrollment of Maryland Medical Assistance Program recipients into managed care plans or organizations.
