Synopsis:

Continuing the State Board of Cosmetologists (Board) in accordance with the Maryland Program Evaluation Act by extending to a specified date the termination provision relating to the statutory and regulatory authority of the Board and the regulation of cosmetologists; and generally relating to the continuation of the State Board of Cosmetologists.
