Natural Resources Pension System

Synopsis:

Requiring the Board of Trustees for the State Retirement and Pension System to transfer to the Accumulation Fund of the Natural Resources Pension System employer contributions that were made to the employees' systems on behalf of members of the Natural Resources Pension System plus interest earned on those contributions; clarifying that provisions that relate to the transfer between State and local retirement and pension systems do not apply to transfers from the State employees' systems to the Natural Resources Pension System; etc.
