Synopsis:

Providing an exception to the filing requirements for specified documents; providing that the Commissioner shall review specified filings by health maintenance organizations; providing grounds for disapproval of a filing; providing procedures for reviewing resubmitted filings; and requiring the Commissioner to send a notice of disapproval.
