State Board of Physician Quality Assurance - Disciplinary Actions

Synopsis:

Allowing the State Board of Physician Quality Assurance to enter into an agreement for corrective action with a licensee after performing preliminary investigations and determining that deficiencies exist and patient safety is not an issue; and providing procedures for corrective action agreements.
