Establishing procedures for the relinquishment of a newborn; requiring specified facilities to accept a relinquished newborn; establishing immunity for specified persons under the Act; establishing procedures for specified facilities accepting a relinquished newborn; establishing procedures for a natural parent to revoke the intent to relinquish a newborn; establishing procedures for a court to make a determination regarding a relinquished newborn; etc.
