Synopsis:

Including kindergarten students in a county that operates all day kindergarten classrooms in Title 1 eligible schools and is eligible for federal Title 1 concentration grant assistance in the definition of "full-time equivalent enrollment" for the purpose of calculating the State share of basic current public education expenses; establishing a grant program for the establishment of all day kindergarten classrooms in Title 1 eligible schools in these counties; etc.
