Sexual Offenses - Polygraph Examination of Alleged Victims - Prohibited

Synopsis:

Prohibiting persons involved in an investigation or prosecution of specified sexual offenses from requiring an alleged victim of specified offenses to submit to a polygraph examination under specified circumstances; and providing a specified exception for alleged victims who request to take a polygraph examination or who previously made a false statement, report, or complaint regarding specified sexual offenses.
