Gun Accountability Act of 2002

Synopsis:

Requiring a valid Maryland driver's license or photographic identification card with an approved firearms purchase designation for the purchase or receipt of a regulated firearm; establishing requirements and procedures for the issuance, renewal, and revocation of a firearms purchase approval designation; and establishing procedures for a hearing on a denial or revocation of a designation.
