Public-Private Transportation Act of 2002

Synopsis:

Authorizing a person to enter into an agreement with specified responsible public entities for the acquisition or construction of or improvement to a transportation facility; stating the public policy objectives of the General Assembly regarding transportation facilities; authorizing a person to request approval to acquire, construct, improve, maintain, or operate a transportation facility; etc.
