Making it a felony to commit specified drug-related crimes in, on, or within 1,000 feet of a recreation area in Baltimore City; establishing penalties for specified drug-related crimes; establishing that a specified sentence imposed for committing specified drug-related crimes be served consecutively to other sentences; providing that specified sentences do not merge; providing that a specified map may be admissible as prima facie evidence of specified facts; providing guidelines for specified maps; etc.
