Synopsis:

Extending through September 30, 2008, the authority of the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (MNCPPC) to establish and administer a Minority Business Enterprise Utilization Program for the award of contracts for goods, services, and construction under specified circumstances; and establishing an annual reporting requirement by the MNCPPC on the results of the Minority Business Enterprise Utilization Program.
