Synopsis:

Increasing from $5,000 to $25,000 the maximum fine for a person knowingly, willfully, and with fraudulent intent possessing, obtaining, or helping another person to possess or obtain any personal identifying information of an individual without consent in order to use, sell, or transfer the information to get a benefit, credit, good, service, or other thing valued at $500 or more in the name of the individual; etc.
