Synopsis:

Requiring the Department of Natural Resources and the Department of Planning to jointly approve a local land preservation and recreation plan according to guidelines prepared by the Departments; altering the frequency by which a local governing body revises its local land preservation and recreation plan; requiring the local land preservation and recreation plan to be submitted 1 year prior to the revision of the Maryland Land Preservation and Recreation Plan; etc.
