Synopsis:

Requiring verification through the Comptroller's Office that all taxes and unemployment insurance contributions have been paid before specified business and health occupations licenses and permits or specified hunting and fishing licenses and permits may be renewed; requiring the filing of specified tax returns under specified circumstances; requiring the withholding of specified taxes under specified circumstances; requiring financial institutions and the Comptroller's Office to take actions under the provisions of the Act;
