Establishing the Task Force to Study the Availability of Audiology and Speech-Language Services for children in kindergarten through grade 12 in the public schools in the State; specifying the composition, powers, and duties of the Task Force; requiring the Task Force to report its findings and recommendations to specified committees of the General Assembly by December 1, 2003; etc.
