Dear Mr. President:

In accordance with Article II, Section 17 of the Maryland Constitution, today I have vetoed Senate Bill 468 - Wicomico County - Alcoholic Beverages - Licenses, Sales, and Wine Festival.

This bill makes numerous changes to alcoholic beverages law in Wicomico County and provides for the issuance of a special Wicomico County Wine Festival license.

House Bill 126, which was passed by the General Assembly and signed by me, accomplishes the same purpose. Therefore, it is not necessary for me to sign Senate Bill 468.
