Board of Trustees of Chesapeake College - Terms of Members

Synopsis:

Altering the number of years a member serves on the Board of Trustees of Chesapeake College during a term of office to 5 years; requiring a member of the Board to continue serving as a member of the Board until a successor is appointed and qualifies; providing that a term of a member that began before July 1, 2004 does not count toward the established term limit; and providing for staggered terms for specified members of the Board.
