Clarifying the circumstances under which insurers, nonprofit health service plans, health maintenance organizations, and managed care organizations must provide coverage for the surgical treatment of morbid obesity; establishing a Task Force to Study Utilization Review of the Surgical Treatment of Morbid Obesity; etc.
