Synopsis:

Applying the occupational disease presumption under the workers' compensation law to Montgomery County correctional officers who suffer from heart disease or hypertension resulting in partial or total disability or death under specified circumstances; requiring Montgomery County correctional officers to submit to a specified medical examination to be eligible for the presumption under the Act; requiring a specified Montgomery County correctional officer to submit a copy of a specified report; etc.
