State Board of Pharmacy - Registration of Pharmacy Technicians

Synopsis:

Authorizing the State Board of Pharmacy to regulate pharmacy technicians; authorizing a licensed pharmacist to delegate pharmacy acts to registered pharmacy technicians, pharmacy students, and pharmacy technician trainees under specified circumstances; altering the grounds for disciplinary action; altering prescription drug labeling requirements; establishing that specified pharmacy students may participate in specified programs without a license; etc.
