Maryland Polysomnography Act

Synopsis:

Requiring the State Board of Physicians to adopt regulations for the licensure and practice of polysomnography; providing that the Act does not limit the rights of specified individuals to practice specified occupations; authorizing the Board to set reasonable fees for the issuance and renewal of licenses; establishing the Polysomnography Professional Standards Committee within the Board; providing for the membership, powers, and duties of the Committee; etc.
