Synopsis:

Creating the State Board of Stationary Engineers in the Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation; providing for the composition, appointment, terms, and expenses of the Board members; specifying the terms of the initial members of the Board; establishing specified powers and duties of the Board; requiring specified persons to be licensed by the Board as stationary engineers before performing specified work; establishing grades of licenses; providing for credits that may be applied toward licensing requirements; etc.
