Offender Registration - Probation Before Judgment - Expungement

Synopsis:

Providing that a person may not file a petition for expungement of specified records during any time period in which the person is registered or required to register on a specified offender registration; establishing that a person is subject to specified offender registration requirements if the person is granted a probation before judgment, except under specified circumstances; etc.
