Students
Requiring the State Board of Education to adopt regulations that allow
special education students in high school to substitute other
mathematics instruction for mathematics credits required in algebra
and geometry; and requiring the regulations to allow an admission,
review, and dismissal committee to determine a special education
student's substitute mathematics instruction as part of the
development of a special education student's individualized education
plan.
