Baltimore County - Alcoholic Beverages Licenses - Transfers and Applications

Synopsis:

Authorizing the Baltimore County Board of License Commissioners to transfer 2 Class B and Class D beer, wine and liquor (on-sale) retail alcoholic beverages licenses in existence in Election District 15 into the Quarry at Greenspring, 3 licenses into the land near the Owings Mills Metro Station, and 3 licenses into the Promenade at Catonsville; providing that the transfers occur on or after specified dates; prohibiting a license issued under specified provisions of the Act from being transferred to a specified location or converted; etc.
