Synopsis:

Requiring the State Department of Education to require county boards of education to ensure that specified private sector providers contracted to supply supplemental educational services to students comply with minority business participation program standards and requirements; requiring the Department to develop and maintain, review, and verify periodically a specified list of providers; requiring the Department to submit a specified annual report to the General Assembly; defining "supplemental educational services"; etc.
