Homestead Tax Credit - Eligibility - Razed Property and Substantially Improved Property

Synopsis:

Providing that a homeowner otherwise eligible for the homestead property tax credit who does not actually reside in a dwelling for the required period of time under specified circumstances may continue to qualify for the credit for specified tax years; providing that the full benefit of the homestead property tax credit existing at the commencement of a specified taxable year may not be diminished, subject to specified exceptions; providing for the retroactive application of the Act; etc.
