Synopsis:

Increasing the number of units for which St. Mary's County may waive, defer, or amortize building impact fees in any fiscal year; repealing a specified limit on the total amount of building impact fees that may be waived, deferred, or amortized in any fiscal year; providing that the county shall reflect the total amount of building impact fees waived, deferred, or amortized in the annual capital budget; repealing the June 30, 2006, termination of the county's authority to waive, defer, or amortize building impact fees; etc.
