Synopsis:

Authorizing the creation of a State Debt not to exceed $115,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant to the Board of Directors of the Chesapeake Children's Museum, Inc. for the planning, design, construction, installation, and capital equipping of an owl habitat, roof-top observation deck and elevator, and for the repair, renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of the multipurpose room at the Chesapeake Children's Museum; etc.
