Criminal Law - Crimes Against the Elderly - Prohibition

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from committing specified offenses against a person who is at least 65 years old; establishing a penalty; providing that a conviction under the Act does not merge with a conviction for a specified underlying offense; and providing that a sentence imposed for a violation of the Act is to be consecutive to and not concurrent with any other sentence imposed for any crime based on the act establishing the violation of the Act.
