Synopsis:

Specifying that a chief election judge shall receive at least $225, and each other election judge shall receive at least $175, for each election day actually served; providing a State-funded subsidy to local boards of elections for the compensation of election judges; requiring the Governor to provide specified funding in the annual budget for a fiscal year in which statewide elections are scheduled; etc.
