Criminal Procedure - Restitution - Application of Provisions

Synopsis:

Establishing that any order of restitution made by a court is governed by specified statutory law on restitution; and establishing that specified statutory law may not be construed to limit the authority of the court to order a defendant or child found to have committed a delinquent act to make restitution or to perform specified services for the victim as an alternative means of restitution.
