Real Property - Eminent Domain - Limitations on the Condemnation of
Private Property
Prohibiting specified governmental units from acquiring private
property by condemnation for specified purposes or if the property is
intended to be transferred to a private person under specified
circumstances; and providing the limitation in the Act does not apply
to specified condemnations of private property under specified
circumstances.
