Synopsis:

Modifying the boundaries of the Maryland-Washington Metropolitan District as it relates to Montgomery County and the Lower Montgomery Metropolitan District; providing that a specified metropolitan district tax does not apply to areas located within specified municipal corporations or to any area that is subsequently annexed to the municipal corporations; providing for the construction of the Act; prohibiting Montgomery County from collecting specified taxes that are due under specified circumstances; etc.
