Public Safety - Criminal Gang Task Force and Database

Synopsis:

Establishing a Criminal Gang Task Force within the Department of State Police; authorizing specified law enforcement agencies to be members of the Task Force; requiring the Department to develop and manage a statewide Criminal Gang Database to facilitate the exchange of information among federal, State, and local law enforcement agencies related to the location, membership, and activities of specified criminal gangs operating in the State; etc.
