Synopsis:

Establishing the Commission to Study Maryland's Tax Structure to review and evaluate the State's current tax structure and make specified recommendations; providing for the membership and staffing of the Commission; prohibiting members of the Commission from receiving compensation but authorizing the reimbursement of specified expenses; requiring a report by December 31, 2008; providing for the termination of the Act; etc.
