Corporate Income Tax - Reporting and Study

Synopsis:

Establishing the Maryland Business Tax Reform Commission to review and evaluate the State's business tax structure and to recommend changes; requiring specified corporations to submit specified information to the Comptroller; requiring the Comptroller to collect, compile, and analyze specified information and to use the information to provide analyses to the Governor and General Assembly; requiring the Comptroller to submit specified reports to the Governor and General Assembly; etc.
