Respiratory Care Practitioners, Radiation Therapists, Radiographers, Nuclear Medicine Technologists, and Radiologist Assistants - Various Changes

Synopsis:

Repealing the authority of the State Board of Physicians to place respiratory care practitioners on inactive status and issue temporary licenses to respiratory care practitioners; altering qualifications for consumer members on specified committees; altering licensure, renewal, and reinstatement requirements for respiratory care practitioners, radiation therapists, radiographers, and nuclear medicine technologists; requiring that radiologist assistants be licensed by the Board; etc.
