Residential Child Care Programs - Certification of Residential Child Care Program Professionals

Synopsis:

Renaming the State Board for Certification of Residential Child Care Program Administrators to be the State Board for Certification of Residential Child Care Program Professionals; altering the membership of the Board; requiring an individual to be certified before the individual may perform specified responsibilities as a residential child and youth care practitioner in residential child care programs; specifying the qualifications of certificates; specifying applications procedures; etc.
