Prior Authorizations of State Debt to Fund Capital Projects - Alterations

Synopsis:

Amending specified prior Acts of the General Assembly that authorized creation of State Debt through the issuance, sale, and delivery of general obligation bonds, the proceeds of which were designated for funding specified capital projects; requiring specified loan proceeds to be encumbered by the Board of Public Works or expended for specified purposes by a specified date; altering the grantees under specified projects; altering and expanding the authorized uses of specified grants; etc.
