Blue Ribbon Commission to Study Retiree Health Care Funding Options - Extension of Reporting and Termination Dates

Synopsis:

Requiring the Blue Ribbon Commission to Study Retiree Health Care Funding Options to issue an interim report to the Governor and the General Assembly by December 31, 2008; extending the date to December 31, 2009, by which the Commission is required to submit a final report; and extending the termination date of the Blue Ribbon Commission to Study Retiree Health Care Funding Options to the end of June 30, 2010.
