Synopsis:

Prohibiting specified carriers from denying reimbursement for specified services, procedures, or reports under specified circumstances; requiring specified carriers to pay specified claims in accordance with specified provisions of law; and providing that specified provisions of law are applicable to health maintenance organizations.
