Identity Fraud - Prohibitions, Evidence, and Penalties

Synopsis:

Prohibiting the intentional, willful, and unauthorized copying, attempt to copy, possessing, or attempt to possess all or part of the contents of a computer database accessed in a specified manner; providing penalties for specified violations; increasing the penalty for a person who commits identity fraud where the benefit, credit, good, service, or other thing of value that is the subject of the offense has a value of $500 or greater; etc.
