Synopsis:

Establishing that the salary of the State's Attorney for Baltimore County, beginning with the term of the State's Attorney elected in 2010, is $194,276; providing that for the year beginning January 1, 2012, and each year thereafter until January 1, 2023, the salary be increased by 1%; etc.
