Juveniles - Arrests for Reportable Offenses - Expansion of Notification

Synopsis:

Expanding provisions relating to the required notification to a local public school superintendent of the arrest of a public school student for a reportable offense to apply to the notification to a specified nonpublic school official of the arrest of a nonpublic school student for a reportable offense; and providing for the confidentiality of information obtained by the nonpublic school official.
