Agriculture - Prohibited Acts - Force-Feeding Birds

Synopsis:

Prohibiting a person from force-feeding birds or hiring another person to engage in force-feeding birds to produce foie gras; prohibiting a person from selling, transporting, or offering for sale any product that is the result of force-feeding birds to produce foie gras; prohibiting specified food service establishments from serving products that are the result of force-feeding birds; and providing for specified penalties for specified violations.
