Synopsis:

Altering the deadline for filing specified applications for the homestead property tax credit with the State Department of Assessments and Taxation under specified circumstances; authorizing the Department to reinstate the tax credit under specified circumstances; and applying the Act to taxable years beginning after June 30, 2009.
