Operating a Vessel While Under the Influence of or Impaired by Alcohol or Drugs - Testing

Synopsis:

Providing that a person who operates or attempts to operate a vessel on the waters of the State is deemed to have consented to take a specified test of the person's breath or blood to determine alcohol concentration or drug or controlled dangerous substance content under specified circumstances; establishing that a person may not be compelled to take a specified test under specified circumstances; requiring a detaining officer to advise a person of specified information regarding a specified test; etc.
